We currently deliver across India through trusted logistics partners like Ekart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and others.

Delivery outside India is not available at the moment.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed and a tracking link when your order is shipped.

Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as strikes, natural disasters, or courier delays.

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on selected products/orders during promotions.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking ID.

You can track your order on the courier partner’s website or via the tracking link provided.

Our logistics partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.

If you are unavailable, the courier may contact you to reschedule delivery.

If delivery fails, the order will be returned to us and a refund (minus shipping charges, if applicable) will be processed.

Currently, Dsaon does not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our coverage in the future.
